Playdough footprints- Huellas en la plastilina

A recent visit to a Dinosaur Musuem inspired this mornings play. (Oh and a new toy dinosaur!)

we rolled out our Halloween playdough (it was supposed to be black cat colour but in-fact works much better as grey rock for the fossiled footprints!) and in went the dinos.

Then  we had to try ALL the animals,

An amazingly quick, fun playdough project.  Loved it!

  1. Your animals have really nice details for making footprints! This is one of our favourite things to do with playdough. We usually use our dinosaurs to do it, we might have to try our other animals, too.

  2. Hi Suzanne

It´s the Schleich toy animals that give a realistic print, they´re amazing. We have some cheaper plastic animals and they dont give the same detail. using the Schleich ones we compared hoofs to paws etc. Adds more to the play!
